Our expanding two-partner practice has vacancies in its accounts team for exceptional candidates that are seeking a position that goes beyond a traditional accountancy role. An ability to understand and respond to the needs of customers and colleagues, aided by a positive and outgoing personality is essential. As the positions we have advertised are client facing roles, personality is paramount, and having a sense of humour is essential!

Our staff are actively supported wherever necessary in order to be successful. Initiative and motivation

The role requires a balance to be struck between independent accounts work and involvement in practice development activities. Where necessary specific guidance and direction is given in all aspects of the work we require of our staff. We feel that this direction is best led by the initiative and motivation of the staff themselves, as they know better than anyone what is necessary to look after our clients.

Having the motivation to take ownership of our clients accountancy needs through direct contact promotes and contributes to the exceptional customer service we always aim to provide as a business.

An attention to detail is a character trait that we look for. As a practice, we never assume anything; we endeavour to get things right first time, every time, and so dedication to quality work is a skill that potential candidates should be able to demonstrate.

We support employee qualification for a range of qualifications including ACCA and CTA but in addition to this we are looking for people that are looking to develop both themselves and our practice in other ways.
